Industry have received notice from the management of VICT (one of three wharves operating in MELB) that they will increase their “WHARF INFRASTRUCTURE FEE” on 1st JULY.

The current amount is $141.80 and it will increase to $161.38.
An increase amount of $19.55 or 14%.

Please factor in this price increase, as unfortunately it’s a non-negotiable fee and applied to each and every container that arrives into Melbourne.

As always, we strongly encourage you to raise this matter and discuss the impacts on your business with your local government representatives.
